About Toni Polson
Toni brings a proven track record of strategic operations and partnership leadership across the healthcare and benefits industries, specializing in scalable client implementations, operational efficiency, and complex stakeholder alignment. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with employers, third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and point solution companies to streamline benefits administration, optimize technology and billing workflows, and deliver a seamless direct-care experience for members.
Her experience includes serving as Director of Marketing, Partnerships, & Operations for a leading Captive Manager, Business Development Project Manager for a national TPA, and Operations Manager for the nation’s largest stop-loss wholesaler. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University, is a Certified Self-Funding Specialist, and holds a Life, Accident & Health Insurance License.
Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband and three children — which usually means cheering them on from the sidelines, planning the family’s next getaway, or catching a live concert.
