Sales and Marketing Support Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales and account management teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining our client relationships, managing sales materials, and ensuring our CRM and digital presence are current and effective. Our pipeline is full and we need someone to support our teams in a fast-paced environment. This will require a person comfortable working with multiple projects, liaising with our internal sales and client teams in addition to prospects and clients. We have embraced AI tools, and we need someone comfortable with leaning into automation so we can all focus more on our prospects, patients and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support our sales and client management teams with meetings, presentations, CRM updates and tracking
- Create and maintain high-quality client deliverables, sales decks, and presentations.
- Manage and update all sales and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Maintain and update website content as needed to reflect our current offerings.

Account Relationship Director
As an Account Relationship Executive, you will work with sales once a client has committed to Green Imaging and continue with the relationship through closing and beyond. The goal being to ensure the client experiences a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience. Individuals working with external benefits solution providers engaging with employee benefits, HR teams, benefits advisors and TPAs will be well-prepared for this role. Your job will be to ensure an effective relationship for this benefit with employers and their members. In the set up phase, you will work closely with our implementation teams and help identify the project team to support go-live. This will require coordination among benefits advisors, client HR executives, legal teams, technology and EDI teams, third-party administrators and other parties so the implementation lead has the knowledge to successfully bring the client onboard. Once in the relationship is live, you will serve as the lead role for these clients. Your role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships, identifying challenges, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders in the health plan ecosystem.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and implementation teams: Work closely across Green Imaging to ensure the prospect and client have a single point of contact. Role will require an understanding of claims data and analysis for both the initial and ongoing value proposition communication.
- Capture and communicate client benefits ecosystem: This ranges from finding ways to improve the information management in the onboarding process, identifying what is needed for our teams to process the members, and working closely with clients to resolve issues, ensuring smooth implementation. You will constantly be looking for ways to eliminate friction. Utilize our CRM as the source of truth for prospect and client information.
- Strong understanding of health plan designs including qualified high deductible health plans (qHDHPacilitating communication and collaboration to work smoothly, eliminate obstacles, and proactively resolve issues.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, HR departments, brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and care navigators, facilitating communication and collaboration to work smoothly and eliminate obstacles.
- Pressure test the Green Imaging process within the prospect’s benefits ecosystem: Collaborate with stakeholders to design a clear process that outlines patient eligibility verification and financial responsibility for exams.
- Cross-Department Communication: Work with the legal team to initiate contracts, implementation for onboarding, billing to support issue resolution, scheduling and related claims data to see trends and opportunities for relationship expansion.
- Ongoing relationship management with Green Imaging’s clients. This portion of the role will require analyzing data within Green Imaging and their plan environment to help drive utilization through a variety of communication campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in client client relationship development, or implementation and project management selling and or delivering direct care provider relationships for employee benefits or in another sector within the employer benefits onboarding industry. Strong client and meeting presence with the ability to problem-solve, zero in on key issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and tailor communication to different audiences.
- Understanding of the implementation process to communicate to prospects and clients - Familiarity with billing and payment processes, liaising with our technical teams working on the technical integration, often EDI, to help the process and information flow smoothly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Affinity for client relationship development, listening to client needs, understanding the Green Imaging environment, the broader market and designing an optimal experience for our clients
- Process Mapping: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, document, and validate a clear process in areas such as patient eligibility verification and financial responsibility for exams.
- Cross-Department Communication: Partner with the legal team to finalize contracts and disseminate vital information across departments, ensuring that scheduling, technology, accounting, and other teams understand their responsibilities in patient interactions and service delivery to support patients and clients at launch.
- Training and Education: Educate new clients about the company's services and processes, fostering a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate the system for optimal patient care.

Sales Director/Executive
There is a significant opportunity to accelerate Green Imaging’s national scaling efforts by securing a seasoned sales leader who deeply understands the employer benefits ecosystem. Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will lead the acquisition of Green Imaging’s largest and most strategic clients. You will serve as the face of the organization in the broker and TPA community to deepen and expand Green Imaging’s referral relationships from this community. You will also leverage your extensive industry network to create direct to employer opportunities and integrate our direct-contract radiology solution into health plans and care navigation solutions. This is a high-impact, results-driven role designed for a "Swiss army knife" professional who can navigate the complexities of self-funded benefits with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Acquisition: Drive the full sales lifecycle for large employer groups, from initial prospecting and value proposition communication to final contract execution.
- Broker & Channel Management: Develop and nurture high-level relationships with large brokerage houses and benefits advisors to ensure Green Imaging is the preferred "bolt-on" diagnostic solution.
- Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM as the definitive "source of truth" to manage a high volume of opportunities, actively follow up with pipeline prospects, reporting regularly on progress toward aggressive sales goals.

Benefits Implementation Analyst — Eligibility, Claims/Billing and Reporting
We're looking for an operationally and data-minded systems analyst to own the intersection of the benefits information exchange process. The information that moves between Green Imaging, our clearinghouse, TPAs, Clients and Data Providers requires precision with information, coordination of that exchange, setting up the information and reporting for an effective and smooth health care benefits process. This role can help serve as the "technical translator" between operations teams, sales teams, TPAs, EDI coordinators, data teams, HR operations, client billing and developers where they will need to be able to interpret and understand workflow requirements, configure and test the information exchange and platform through rapid test and development cycles, and drive into a single integrated system.
This is a hands-on role. You'll manage and help coordinate completion of projects, set up and run SFTP containers and checks, test releases, verify data, coordinate the exchange of information so data is aligned across our Green Imaging and our client teams. This person will need to easily move from heads down to heads up, performing client interaction work, and being ready to jump in when an eligibility or billing issue comes up impacting patient care.
Core Responsibilities
Data requirements for Eligibility, Claims/Billing and Reporting - Coordinating with Development & Testing
- Gather data requirements from stakeholders
- Test data ingestion and submission releases and give feedback throughout each development cycle in an Agile framework
- Handle manual configuration, data verification, and SFTP file checks
- Coordinate with the development team on schema requirements and data ingestion
- Advance the platform toward self-sufficiency on 834 eligibility processing
Employee benefits lifecycle - Eligibility, Billing and Reporting Operations
- Run eligibility, claims and reporting data implementations from setup through verification, including client-specific processes and patient load checks
- Liaise with EDI developers to help set up the 834, 270/271, 837 and 835 exchange of information
- Support configuration of eligibility, claims, batch invoicing, and AR/AP workflows using additional exchange methods such as Excel, CSV, CAQH CORE, SOAP, etc. beyond standard EDI
- Help train operations staff on data management processes
Intake, Triage & Stakeholder Communication
- Field incoming requests across eligibility, claims, billing and reporting teams
- Help manage the development backlog, including reshuffling priorities when scheduling issues interrupt planned work
- Serve as the communication bridge between operations, development, client implementation, and accounting
- Maintain client-facing communication on implementations and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Background at a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), EDI support, employee benefits and plan usage data or in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions, specifically 270/271, 834, 837 and 835, all the data flow between administrative parties
- Hands-on experience with eligibility, claims processing, batch invoicing, AR/AP and reporting workflows
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable building formulas, pivot tables, and lookups to manage and reconcile data outside the platform
- Able to audit data for accuracy and completeness, and catch discrepancies before they turn into downstream billing or eligibility issues
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications
- Comfortable doing manual testing, data entry validation, and SFTP file transfers
- Strong triage judgment able to re-prioritize under ad-hoc, urgent requests without losing the backlog
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience migrating teams from spreadsheet/document workflows to integrated platforms
- Prior work in a rapid or agile development environment as an ops-side tester or analyst
- Experience with radiology or imaging billing workflows
- Familiarity with the benefits side of EHR and or healthcare provider systems
- Familiarity with patient-responsibility collection workflows at time of scheduling

Medical Concierge

Key Responsibilities:
The Medical Concierge is responsible for procuring orders/prescriptions, verifying eligibility, and screening patients for radiology exams. This position is one that the Scheduler will perform from an off-site location, i.e., the scheduler’s home.
