The experience was fantastic. Green Imaging had me visit Akumin Imaging in Crystal Lake, IL. The all star here was Diane. There was something with my order that could have thrown a curveball. I’m convinced any other location would have sent me on my way. Not Diane. She was committed to helping me. From start to finish, I felt my best interests were in mind. Akumin is fortunate to have a rockstar like her supporting patients.

Green imaging was awesome, they replied to me in a fast order. Made my appointment for me. This day and time we all are always in a rush and it was so helpful to have them to help! The place was easy to find, the staff was amazing, they treated each patient with respect and was very curtious. I’m claustrophobic and the tech lady helped me to stay calm by talking to me.

I appreciate how fast I was able to get an MRI. Taylor, my technician was personable and welcoming. He explained how everything worked, told me how long it would take. He even checked on me in intervals and let me listen to Michael Jackson. The front desk employee greeted me with a smile and made sure I didn’t forget the disk my orthopedic requested. I had to give 5 stars after the 5 star treatment I received.

The check-in staff were friendly & professional. The X-ray tech was also very soothing and professional. The X-ray itself was uncomfortable but I was there because my hip hurts, so it’s not a reflection on the facility at all. The location was easy to get to but because it shares a building with an ER, I couldn’t find it on the Internet & just had to go by the address I was given.

Green Imaging is super friendly and helpful. I needed an additional order for a ct scan; and was told it would take 2-3 days by the doctor’s office before it would be approve. I contacted green imaging and explained i was still at radiology. The representative; processed and approved the order within 10 minutes; and I was able to get my CT scan the same day. So I didn't have to deal with the hassle of having to take off more time from work to come back to have the CT scan done. In addition; the representative showed they cared about my health.

Really great experience. Green Imaging was able to get me a quick appointment with a local imaging center. When I arrived for my appointment, the whole team at Central Park Imaging was great. My technician was so nice and made sure I was comfortable, as this was my first time having imaging of this nature. 10/10 experience, super thankful for this service.
