Loved where I went. Just wish scheduling wasn’t so hard. When you tell a scheduler you can miss work it means you can miss. Never seen an employee with days refuse to miss work - for the break.

Scheduling went well but receptionist at ct scan office was different. Not only would she not take my voucher at first and said i need to pay she then went on to say that everyone she saw that had one of those had received a text message with credt card. I said i had never received one of them and nobody has ever questioned me providing the voucher. So after a back and forth she called the number on paper and person explained they don't give everyone the card information, which made me question how they determine who receives one amd who doesn't. Whoever she spoke with gave her card information to run right there. Then she took voucher and said to me this is only 2nd one I received so I thought they always had a card with her. She contradicted herself bc initially she said she processed many and then it switched to this was second time. Instead of doing her due diligence in first place amd just calling to confirm she tried to tell me why what she thought was right and what i was saying wasn't the process. I definitely felt like some implicit bias there. Definitely unprofessional. The technician was extremely friendly as always.
