Shelby Morreale is the Director of Client Relationships at Green Imaging, where she leads strategic client engagement and oversees the end-to-end experience for employer groups, brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), CareNavigators, and other external partners. She serves as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring every partnership is supported by proactive communication, consistent follow-through, and a seamless experience.
With more than 10 years of experience in the self-funded benefits industry, Shelby has held strategic roles in commercial operations, client success, and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has driven company-wide initiatives to design scalable operating models, develop sales enablement strategies, optimize CRM and reporting capabilities, and build governance frameworks that improve execution, collaboration, and business performance. She specializes in leveraging data to drive client success and fostering lasting client relationships. Her work reflects a commitment to building strong partnerships, simplifying complex processes, and creating sustainable value for clients and organizations alike.
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University and is a Licensed Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer with a Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) designation.
Shelby lives in Massachusetts with her family. She spends leisure time hiking, crafting, or reading.
