About Carmen Freeman
Carmen Freeman serves as the National Director of Sales at Green Imaging and the President of the Dallas Chapter for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). A seasoned executive in employee benefits and healthcare, Carmen specializes in driving revenue growth, designing strategic distribution models, and delivering innovative health solutions. In her dual leadership roles, she collaborates with brokers, consultants, TPAs, health plans, and employers to cultivate high-impact partnerships.
Her extensive career features key leadership positions in prominent health and insurance organizations. Before Green Imaging, she was the Vice President of Sales for the Texas Market at Oxbridge Health, where she championed alternative purchasing models and data-driven medical plans. Previously, she spent over two years as a Regional Vice President of Sales at Versant Health (including Davis Vision and Superior Vision), managing comprehensive vision care portfolios and aligning with major health plans.
Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. Her strong foundation in business infrastructure and leadership consistently enables her to scale strategic sales frameworks and direct regional board operations across the Texas benefits industry.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and going to concerts with her husband and four children.
