Client Implementation Lead
As a Client Implementation Leader, you will oversee the setup and onboarding of new clients for a Green Imaging direct care radiology benefit. Your job will be to ensure a seamless experience for patients scheduling radiology exams and for the effective processing of claims. You will work closely and coordinate among benefits advisors, client HR executives, technology support teams, third-party administrators and other parties crucial to supporting members and the resultant claims. You will manage a team and implementation projects, guiding all involved through their tasks while fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and problem-solving. Your role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships, identifying challenges, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders in the health plan ecosystem.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary components are in place for patients to schedule radiology exams effectively.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team, providing support and guidance in their roles to optimize workflows.
- Information Management: This ranges from finding ways to improve the information management in the onboarding process, identifying what is needed for our teams to process the members, and working closely with clients to resolve issues, ensuring smooth implementation. You will constantly be looking for ways to eliminate friction.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, HR departments, brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and care navigators, facilitating communication and collaboration to work smoothly and eliminate obstacles.
- Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to design a clear process that outlines patient eligibility verification and financial responsibility for exams.
- Cross-Department Communication: Work with the legal team to finalize contracts and disseminate vital information across departments, ensuring that scheduling, accounting, and other teams understand their roles in patient interactions and service delivery.
- Training and Education: Educate new clients about the company's services and processes, fostering a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate the system for optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client implementation and project management implementing direct care provider relationships for employee benefits or in another sector within the employer benefits onboarding industry. Strong client and meeting presence with the ability to problem-solve, zero in on key issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and tailor communication to different audiences.
- Experience setting up billing and payment processes, both traditional and nontraditional, utilizing formats such as 837 for electronic process, 835 for reconciliation and coordination of ACH or other electronic payment processes where appropriate for efficient processes managed by our billing department - Familiarity with healthcare eligibility processes, including 270/271, 834, and document transfer via SFTP - Experience working with technical teams to set up electronic client processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of health plan designs including qualified high deductible health plans (qHDHP)

Healthcare Client Implementation and Support
Must reside in Texas, and provide references upon request. This job will serve as a liaison between our sales and client support teams, implementing Green Imaging clients offering Green Imaging as a benefit to their employees. While we are a health care provider, our clients offer our services to participants in their health plan. We operate as a healthcare provider onboarding clients like a health insurance benefit. Direct care provider implementation, broker/advisor administration or TPA experience will be a strong plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement the most efficient process between clients, TPAs, and Green Imaging when operating outside of traditional insurance
- Meet with clients and manage the communication of onboarding through the implementation
- Understand and manage the inner workings of healthcare billing outside of traditional insurance, and identify the billing pathways to most efficiently manage the process (includes EDI - 837, 835, and invoicing)
- Billing process testing - Invoice and claims, problem solving, and resolution
- Coordinate processes between our clients and Green Imaging billing
- Work with TPA and our technical teams to manage the billing set-up process
Job Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare administrative processes outside of traditional insurance, often in a direct relationship with the client and/or their TPA
- Ability to shape efficient processes and problem-solve with prospective clients
- Understanding of clearinghouse and EDI (billing and reconciliation)
- Ability to problem solve when claims do not process according to terms
- Experience with claims denial reason codes, incorrect claims processing and determining pathway to correct
- Strong process orientation and ability to see and remove friction from client and patient processes
- Ability to coordinate work among client and technical teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in desktop applications, specific focus on applications like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Non-traditional, direct-care billing experience and experience with medical billing platforms are a plus
Relevant Experience:
- Knowledge of patient scheduling and supporting administrative processes
- Proficiency in Medical referral systems, EDI clearinghouse, Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of eligibility processes
- Experience working from home
- Reliable secure computing environment
- Team and project management experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Business Development Intern
We’re looking for a business development intern that thrives on organization to help build out our diagnostic facility network as part of our business development team. This position is virtual and will require availability during business hours.
Internship Duration: Negotiable, preferably at least 6 months
Pay Scale: $13/hr pre-Baccalaureate and $15/hr post-Baccalaureate

- Call facilities acquire pricing for exams
