Medical Concierge
Green Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven professional who is comfortable spending lots of time on the phone with patients, guiding them through the selection process for their exams, and motivating them to complete their exams in a timely manner while demonstrating our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
The Medical Concierge is responsible for procuring orders/prescriptions, verifying eligibility, and screening patients for radiology exams. This position is one that the Scheduler will perform from an off-site location, i.e., the scheduler’s home.
*Please note the use of a reliable and secure computer and stable and secure internet. A workplace free of distractions is required for this position.
Core responsibilites/duties:
- Scheduling radiology exams
- Managing appointments online
- Verifying eligibility and payment information
- Advising patients about exam preparation
- Screening exam orders for accuracy
- Quoting prices for imaging exams via phone, email, and referral management system
- Attending VIRTUAL company and team meetings weekly
Qualifications:
- Language- Proficient in written and verbal English with multilingual or bilingual capabilities, a plus.
- Communication - communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
- Interpersonal skills - works effectively with other employees, patients, and external parties
- PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in PC applications as required
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Basic skills - performs basic mathematical calculations, balances and reconciles figures, punctuates properly, spells correctly, and transcribes accurately
- Sales experience - strongly preferred
- Customer service experience - strongly preferred
- Managerial experience, a plus
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Imaging scheduling experience (Experience Required)
Education:
- Associate degree or higher preferred

Facility Sales Representative
Green Imaging is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representative to drive our growth by expanding our network of medical imaging facilities. In this role, you will actively engage prospective facilities through compelling sales presentations, calls, and emails to promote Green Imaging’s innovative products and services.
The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell Green Imaging’s business model to existing and prospective medical imaging facilities.
- Assess and address the unique needs of each facility to tailor solutions effectively.
- Resolve facility concerns promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives and departments to optimize sales strategies.
- Analyze market potential, track industry trends, and adopt best practices to stay competitive.
- Negotiate contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and schedule meetings with key facility stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to target imaging facilities based on patient geographic distribution analysis.
- Foster professional, trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Prior sales experience is highly desirable.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp Green Imaging’s business model swiftly.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting business relationships.

Business Development Intern
We’re looking for a business development intern that thrives on organization to help build out our diagnostic facility network as part of our business development team. This position is virtual and will require availability during business hours.
Internship Duration: Negotiable, preferably at least 6 months
Pay Scale: $13/hr pre-Baccalaureate and $15/hr post-Baccalaureate
Core Responsibilities/Duties:
- Acquire new facilities for patient needed exams
- Call facilities acquire pricing for exams
- Log internal notes for teams
- All other job duties as assigned by supervisor
