WHAT IS VIRTRU?
Green Imaging uses Virtru to send secure, encrypted email. If you’ve received a Virtru-protected message, that means someone from Green Imaging wants to share information with you in a secure manner. Virtru acts as a protective wrapper around sensitive emails, files, and other information that needs to be shared securely.
You will not need to create an account to access your protected email.

Our secure emails will always begin with our name and a GreenImaging.net email address.
1. Click the “Unlock Message” button in the email you received.
2. You will not need to create an account. Simply verify your identity using your existing Google, Outlook, or Office 365 account. Or you can ask for a one-time verification link.
3. View the email and attachments, and reply securely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my verification email?
First, check your spam, junk, and/or promotions folders. If the verification email is not there within 10 minutes, it may be stuck in external quarantine or a spam filter. Contact your IT team or email provider to access your email.
Can I access my message from a different email address?
Virtru authenticates your identity using the recipient's email address. If the email needs to be sent to a different address, please refer this to your original contact at Green Imaging.
