Green Imaging's office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM CST. We generally respond to emails, texts, or faxes within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
BILLING ISSUES
If you have received a bill from a facility or have any other billing questions, please contact our Accounting department. The fastest way to get your issue resolved is via email. Please send the patient's name and date of birth, the appointment date, time and location, and any documentation you have received.

If you have already completed your radiology exam and would like to request your medical records, please contact our Radiology Operations department through email.
